VEGGIE SHARES:
2022 Season: 22 weeks for Weekly Shares ($970/season), 11 weeks for Bi-Weekly Shares ($485/season).

Each delivery should contain between 6 - 14 different veggie/greens/herb items grown using organic practices by B.U.G. Farms . The exact quantity and variety will change each week depending on the harvest for that time of the season. Generally, one veggie share should provide enough produce for 2 - 3 people. If you are single, think about teaming up with a friend and splitting a Weekly Share, or try a Bi-Weekly Share where you will have 2 weeks to eat your produce before getting another delivery.

We are excited to continue our partnership with local mushroom producers - Intermountain Gourmet to provide mushroom shares for our CSA customers . Intermountain Gourmet is a specialty mushroom cultivator located in Ogden, UT. They cultivate their mushrooms indoors allowing them to produce mushrooms year-round and control every aspect of the grow cycle. Their mushrooms are grown following good agricultural practices and no chemicals or pesticides are ever used in their production.
In your Mushroom Share you can expect 8oz of a rotating variety of fresh mushrooms, especially a variety of oysters and shiitakes.
Egg Shares
($5.75/week)
We are grateful to be teaming up with the wonderful Julie Clifford, of Clifford Family Farms, in Provo, UT, to bring you some of the freshest and tastiest eggs in town. Clifford Family Farms has a reputation for caring about the animals they raise and their community. Though the eggs are not organic, the laying hens are free range, and have access to the outdoors; they are vegetarian fed, and antibiotic and hormone free.
The Egg Share will go the entire CSA season, starting when veggie shares start. Full Shares will be one dozen farm fresh eggs a week, Half shares one dozen every other week.
Fruit Shares
$9.25/week
In 2022 we will likely be sourcing fruit from a variety of local growers* (which we will update you on weekly), but most of the fruit we offer will come from Fowers Fruit Ranch in Genola, UT.
Fruit offered could include 2 types of cherries, 4+ types of peaches, nectarines, pears, and many varieties of apples as they are ripe during the season. Expect about 16 weeks of fruit beginning the First week of July until Mid-October with variety changing weekly or every other week. Each delivery will include either a 2 lb bag of cherries, or 3 to 4 lb bag of peaches, nectarines, pears, and/or apples depending on what is available for harvest that week.
*We have not found an organic or 100% naturally grown fruit grower in Utah, and we are unable to guarantee any specific growing practices with any of the fruit in shares.

We are so excited to be working with Philip Massey of Bread Riot Bakehouse, a locally owned and operated community bakery, in Salt Lake City.They bake slow fermented hearth breads using traditional methods, freshly stone milled flours, and regionally sourced whole grains. All their loaves are raised by naturally fermented sourdough cultures.
Full Shares will receive 1 large loaf per week, and Half Shares will receive 1 large loaf every other week, for the entirety of the CSA season. Bread will be freshly baked the morning of our pick up and delivery days!
We will rotate through some of Bread Riot's most popular loaves --Traditional Sourdough, Ciabatta, Multi-Grain & Whole-Wheat -- on a weekly basis!
